To Close My Eyes And Finally See A Peice Of Paradise In Me
Gah! What a weekend! Busy busy busy! Fun! but Sooo busy!
Friday:
HARRY POTTER!!!
Seriously, major fun was had with that.
Meagen met me at my grandma's office, and designed us some shirts while I worked.
I need to take pictures of mine, once my camera stops seizuring.
They were quite funny. Mine said things like "Bring Black Back" and "Neville Longbottom is the real chosen one" and on the back there was an arrow that pointed to my butt and said "Property of Sirius Black"
It sparked some interesting conversations with these girls I met there. Should of gotten their names and emails, they seemed cool. Damn.
I LOVED the movie. Much better directing this time. Even though they changed quite a bit of the plot and stuff, the flow was much better in this one.
Too bad the director isn't coming back for the next one. I like his style. I liked his other movie, Y Tu Mama Tambien, as well, even though it was a bit more graphic then I expected.
We had such a big group too, Me, my mom, my grandma, my uncle, Meagen, Katrina, Jason, Jess, and Lisa. Wee...good times.
Saturday:
SATs were not half as hard as I thought they would be.
Seriously, what's the big fucking deal?
It helped to have a friend, Christine, there to talk to before the test and during my breaks and stuff. It definetly lowered my stress levels to a minumum.
Which is good. I usually panic over things like that, this time I didn't. Maybe I'm learning to relax? Naah...
Anyways, afterwards we went to pick up graduation presents, and then off to my grandma's hair appoitment.
We had to rush home after that because Mitchell ended up getting there before us. Kinda funny really... I changed as quick as I could and then we were on our way!
This was my first time riding in his new car. I liked it, for a car without a radio or air conditioner. Hell, it's better then no car, which is what I currently have. (I suppose I need my liscence before a car...don't I?)
We got to his house and just hung out there for a while. I got to see FER! Yay! I haven't seen her in eons...It was a good to see the rest of his friends too. They are all such cool, and funny!, people.
Finally we got things figured out and made our way to Numero Uno's for Pizza and Kareoke.
I met a bunch of his friends I hadn't met before there. Like Suu-chan! She was majorly awesome, another Gojyo fan! She also had very awesome taste in music.
I also got to meet his friends Erica (Who I met at Anime Expo but only remember vaguely..) Desiree, and Sara. Didn't really get to talk to Sara though, since she left pretty quickly...
It was a majorly fun and entertaining night. I sang Heart Shaped Box by Nirvana and Iris by The Goo Goo Dolls.
I cracked up when Mitchell sang "Living La Vida Loca" by Ricky Martin, but not as much as when Tyler sang "Barbie Girl" by Aqua That was priceless!
And when Mrs. Tanner sang "America" from West Side Story me and Canada were doing the whole fighting dancing thingie, it was fun!
There were some kids there too, and man, they had talent. Espically the little girl who sang "Beat It"...good thing it wasn't a little boy though.
Then there was the little boy singing "I'm Too Sexy" by Right Said Fred and doing pelvic thrusts and stuff. Funny, but wrooong
And then there were the two couple peices. The boyfriends all got up there and sang "My Girl" by the Temptations. The girlfriends went up there and sang "The Cell Block Tango" from Chicago.
We each took a part, mine was the one about popping gum. I pointed my hand into a gun towards Mitchell during the part that went "So I fired two warning shots...into his head" Heh..
They sing about how much they like us, we sing about killing them. Figures right?
Anyways, after that we left, went back to Mitchell's house for a short bit before he took me back home.
I had to run in to get the prom pictures for him, which means he ended up seeing the tornado in my room.
Ah well, not that big of deal I suppose
Anyways, we said our goodbyes and stuff, then he left. I went and talked with my grandma for a while before going to bed,
Sunday:
Got up, went to Katrina's graduation, then her party. That was fun. I haven't seen Diana in eons, it was nice talking to her again.
I totally need to go see Supersize Me with her. It'd be awesome.
Then I walked over to MiPiace and made an appearance for the family thing.
My cousin Keith then drove me to meet Lisa and her Mom who took me the rest of the way to Meagen's school for her graduation.
I didn't really mind sitting through both those graduations, but I didn't realize they'd both be outside and wore a backless dress.
I now have a major sunburn, joy.
Anyways, after that I went to Meagen's house and hung out for a while. They had some
Thai food and cake to eat. Yummy!
Rachel came over too, and so did some friends of Meagen's family
We played this game Celeberity, which Rachel and I won. Woo!
After Meagen opened her presents though, it was around 9:30, which meant I needed to be taken home.
So her dad took me, and then I ran to our car, and gave Meagen her present.
She really liked it. And she loved that I got a card with a Jedi refrence in it.
Anyways, then I came home, checked some stuff, and wrote this
And now I sleep, because I am exhausted.
And too think, this was me cutting things out...
