Man...been a while since I've written a poem

Captured Thoughts
I find myself with a million things to say
Yet no way to say it
So I keep to myself
Here in my chest
It burns in pain
Clawing at the cage
It wants out
But I'm afraid
Will they judge me for these thoughts
What if these feelings are wrong?
I can't stand to loose them
I can't be alone again
But in a way
I'm alone already
Alone with these thoughts
Alone with these feelings
Maybe I should just let them out
Maybe I will some other time
