God can today just be over with already, or at least stop sucking so hard?
I missed the memo where today was Katie has fucked everything up day, but thank you so much for contiously reminding me. I love when my anxiety and guilt gets so high that I end up crying at work. Really. It's fun.

And what pisses me off the most is I'm being blamed for other peoples fuck ups. I know I pulled those charts. Why the fuck would I pull the charts for the next day when the doctor barely even has any that day?
