I had my first full blown panic attack tonight.
It was so bad my cousin had to drive me home.

I was sobbing. I thought something was seriously wrong with my heart.
Luckily, my cousin Jason figured out what was happening and offered to talk to me and take me home.

I think I'm going to go lie down more.
