Try To Save Myself But Myself Keeps Slipping Away

Had a pretty bad breakdown today.
Family drama finally got the best of me
No one likes to listen to their family openly bash them, as if they weren't even home.

Tried lying down to calm, but that didn't help
So I ended up walking to the park
And randomly going on the swings, swinging until my hands and legs were sore.

It was awesome, and I came home feeling weirdly refreshed.

Funny how the simplest things can calm us down sometimes.
