Dear Secretary at the Doctor's office,
My appointment may not be important or a "big deal" to you, but it is to me. So yes, I am going to upset when you fucked up scheduling me, and finding out I'm not going to be able to come in until Thursday, which means I won't know anything until next week. You're not to one worrying and wondering. You're not the one who might have diabetes so you can fuck off.
