Just stuck, hollow and alone

Another crap day
Was too tired
people snickered and laughed for some reason
Went to a college fair
Saw some old "friends"
then had to go my grandma's hospital while she saw a patient
Got yelled at by some random lady...
I'm so sick...
I need release...
But I haven't cut in like a month...
I don't know what I can or should do...
I wish I could curl up and cry, or scream
but the words and tears just aren't there...
